7 Days from Agadir to Merzouga, Marrakech & Essaouira

Your private adventure begins with an early departure from Agadir toward the spectacular landscapes of southern Morocco. Enjoy time for photographs and a short walk before arriving at your hotel. Have a traditional dinner and spend the night in the Dades Valley.

After breakfast, depart toward the Todra Gorge, one of the most spectacular natural sites in southeastern Morocco. Walk through the narrow canyon and admire the towering cliffs before continuing through Tinghir and its palm-filled valleys toward Erfoud. Continue through the Ziz Valley and the changing landscapes of the pre-Saharan region. In the afternoon, arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Explore the historic Medina, traditional souks, palaces and important cultural sites while learning about the city’s fascinating history. Visit landmarks such as Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs and the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Walk through the colorful souks and discover traditional Moroccan handicrafts. Your guide will introduce you to the history, architecture and local traditions of the Red City. After the guided tour, enjoy free time to explore Marrakech at your own pace, relax at your accommodation or discover more of the lively Medina. Spend another night in Marrakech.

After breakfast, leave Marrakech and travel west toward the Atlantic coast. The road passes through beautiful countryside and landscapes dotted with argan trees before reaching Essaouira. This charming coastal city is famous for its historic Medina, whitewashed buildings, traditional fishing port and relaxed atmosphere. Spend the day exploring the old Medina, walking along the Skala ramparts and visiting the harbor. Enjoy the fresh seafood and local atmosphere while admiring views of the Atlantic Ocean. Take your time to discover the small streets and artisan shops of Essaouira. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful night in this beautiful coastal city.

After breakfast, enjoy some free time in Essaouira before starting your return journey to Agadir. Travel south along the Atlantic coast through argan forests, rural landscapes and traditional villages. Depending on your schedule, you can stop along the way for photographs or a short break. Continue toward Agadir and arrive in the afternoon or evening. Your private driver will drop you off at your hotel, airport or another agreed location.
