After exploring the area, we return toward Merzouga. The afternoon is free for relaxation. In the evening, you can watch another sunset over Erg Chebbi before returning to the camp for dinner. You will spend your second night in Merzouga under the stars. After breakfast, we leave Merzouga and begin the long but beautiful journey toward Fes. We first travel through the desert landscapes around Erfoud and continue toward the Ziz Valley. This valley is famous for its green palm oasis surrounded by dramatic cliffs and dry mountains. We make stops along the route to enjoy the scenery and take photographs. The road then climbs gradually toward the Middle Atlas Mountains. We continue through Midelt, a town located between the High Atlas and Middle Atlas ranges and known for its agricultural landscapes and apple production.
